Question 1

What's the difference between Staffing Agency and Healthcare Facility plans?

Accepted Answer

Both plans share the same base CRM platform at $49.99/user/month. Staffing agencies get tools for managing clinicians, submitting candidates, and tracking placements. Healthcare facilities get tools for managing staffing needs, reviewing candidate submissions, and tracking agency performance. The VMS integration add-on works for both types.

Question 2

What is VMS integration and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

VMS (Vendor Management System) integration connects Syntra to platforms like ShiftWise, Medefis, and SAP Fieldglass. Access depends on the platform and your connection setup. It costs an additional $10.00/user/month on top of the base plan.

Question 3

How does the volume discount work?

Accepted Answer

Organizations with 15 or more users receive a 20% discount on the base CRM monthly bill. The VMS add-on remains $10.00/user/month and CONNER remains $10.00/month per organization.

Question 4

Can I add or remove users anytime?

Accepted Answer

Organization admins can add or remove users. Your monthly bill is based on active users and applicable prorations. Dropping below 15 users removes the volume discount.

Question 5

Are there any long-term contracts?

Accepted Answer

After the one-time $299 organization setup fee, you pay month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime. VMS integration can be added or removed.
